In a chilling revelation, federal authorities have apprehended Kalana Limkin, the leader of an online cult engaged in the grooming and exploitation of children. This arrest follows a seven-month-long FBI investigation into a network of Telegram and Discord servers that promoted neo-Nazi ideology while targeting minors.

Limkin, a resident of Hawaii, was the creator of “Cultist,” a splinter group of the satanic anarchist organization “764.” This group had sinister intentions, using child sexual abuse material (CSAM), along with videos depicting animal cruelty, self-harm, and extreme violence, to incite chaos in society. The Cultist group functioned as a coordinated unit, utilizing Discord and Telegram to desensitize vulnerable populations, particularly minors, to extreme content, thereby breaking down societal norms and grooming them for future violence.

The complaint against Limkin highlights his tactics, which included sharing at least six images of child sexual abuse material on Discord servers and exploiting a minor he initially met through Omegle, a now-defunct site. Limkin is reported to have shown the minor a graphic video of child sexual abuse, solicited photos of her in underwear, and boasted about a collage of pictures of girls he had manipulated into cutting his name into their bodies. During his interrogation, Limkin confessed to soliciting nude photographs from minor females and receiving child pornography links and images via his Discord server. He also admitted to possessing child pornography files in his phone and truck.

Limkin’s Cultist group is an offshoot of the 764 group, which itself is derived from The Order of Nine Angles (O9A). O9A propagates the belief that society must be dismantled from within, encouraging its members to engage in criminal activities, including violence, sexual assault, murder, and terrorism. This group advocates for ‘culling,’ a form of human sacrifice, targeting Jews, people of color, and others considered inferior under their Social Darwinist views. O9A’s ideology also encompasses terrorism, including radical Islamic jihadist ideology and the violent tactics of jihadist groups such as ISIS and al Qaeda, to hasten the decline of Western society and specifically target Jewish people.

The FBI has previously issued warnings about 764 and similar groups, highlighting their strategy of using online platforms to target youth aged 8 to 17, with a particular focus on LGBTQ+ youth and racial minorities. These groups employ blackmail, threats, and manipulation to coerce their victims into recording or live-streaming acts of self-harm, sexual acts, or suicide. The footage is then circulated among members for further extortion and control.

The weight of evidence against Limkin is substantial, with the prosecutors indicating that his confession to possessing child pornography and his role in creating and leading Cultist makes his conviction highly likely. Limkin’s court appearance is scheduled for December 18 in the US District Court of Hawaii.
